About 1920s
The story of this villa lies in its history, which, at first glance, can be seen in its classical, French architectural style. It was built in 1920 by Jacob Yacoubian, of the Yacoubian Building novel and film, who was the head of the Armenian community in Egypt.

Yacoubian made a home for himself in Heliopolis out of this state of the art palace, where he stayed until his death.

1920s is now the newest addition to the Flash Group family- a touristic company that has been in the hotel industry for 34 years, with hotels in various cities both in Egypt and internationally namely (Italy, Dubai & Zanzibar).

Its historical value, told through its architecture, and prime location are just two of the factors that pushed Flash Group to turn this forgotten gem into a main attraction in El Korba, Heliopolis.

The 1920s boutique hotel and restaurants are located in a wonderful neighborhood, just 10-15 minutes from the Cairo International Airport and 20-25 minutes from downtown Cairo.

1920s boasts a fine selection of restaurants and bars, with a diverse taste palette varying between oriental, Asian, international and Italian cuisines. It also hosts a wonderful boutique hotel, consists of 9 rooms and a luxury suite, each with a unique interior, in addition to a small gym and sauna, for those who wish to keep in shape during their stay.

A charming old villa, brought into the 21st century through this modern concept, 1920s holds a certain magic that will keep you coming back for more.
